When ever I am back to Melaka for visiting, I will make sure one of the day Dim Sum must be my breakfast, where I can choose from varieties of small portion finger food (deep fried or steamed) and sipping tea with my family.

Dim Sum restaurant in Melaka usually serve Dim Sum from early morning until mid-afternoon.  Traditional Dim Sum includes various of steamed buns like ‘char siew pau’, lotus/red bean paste pau, dumplings, congee porridge, ‘lo mai kai’ and ‘cheong fun’ (rice noodle rolls) which includes pork and prawns.

All dishes are wheeled around on a trolley by servers.
